Ghost Gelato Strain Lineage

Ghost Gelato is created by crossing Ghost Train Haze and Gelato 9, creating a tightly compact bud showcasing bright green and orange colourings with juciy trichomes.

The end result is a super potent strain that offers an interesting flavour and an enjoyable and creative head high.

Ghost Gelato Taste and Aroma

The moist Ghost Gelato bud hits you hard in the face with a strong herbal presence as soon as you open the packaging.

Once I began smoking and reviewing the Ghost Gelato, I was met with a deep earthy kick that relaxed into a more fruity, sweet flavor. However, it took me many inhalations and a vaporizer to really get a strong feel for the taste, as the flavors were overall muted.

The smell was quite muted, but if you really pay attention, you will find notes of sweet herbs and spice.

Ghost Gelato Effects and High

The effects are where I was quite surprised, as I was expecting a much stronger body buzz than I actually got. Instead, I was met with an upbeat and mood-lifting sativa high that left me in a wonderful internalized daze.

It was honestly quite hard to give a legitimate review of Canaca’s Ghost Gelato because I kept drifting off into other trains of thought, making note-taking quite hard.

This potent high was no doubt also created by the high THC percentage Ghost Gelato offers, sitting at 31.1%.

Ghost Gelato is great for a day out, or if you are really feeling down in the dumps, as it’s going to lift your spirits and give you a nice mellow buzz.

Is Canaca’s Kush Ghost Gelato a Good Value Strain To Buy?

With the price of the weed sitting at $5.99/gram you really can’t go wrong, especially considering its high THC percentage.

You can get a full 7 grams of marijuana for as little as $41.95, and as long as you aren’t smoking grams a day, it should last you quite a while.

In terms of bang for your buck, this is on-par with many of Shred’s products, mainly because it’s just so potent at a reasonable price.

Bud Quality

Canaca’s Ghost Gelato came with 2 moisture packets within, which really made sure the bud stayed moist and squishy.

This weed is great for rolling, as the high moisture lets it stick together; that is to say, I’m super impressed with this weed.

Is Canaca’s Ghost Gelato Strain Strong?

Although Ghost Gelato isn’t the Indica-leaning hybrid I was expecting, it’s still a super strong Sativa-Hybrid.

With a strong euphoric rise that elevates your mood and an overall relaxed and buzzed body high, the potency is no issue. At 31.1% THC, you really can’t go wrong with this weed, I just wish I knew the terpene percentage.

Would I Purchase This Strain Again?

After conducting a thorough review of Ghost Gelato I would say that I would definitely purchase this quarter again.

The lack of anxiety brought by this lovely head high makes it an ideal choice for me, it ticks off many of the boxes I am looking for in a hybrid. As well, the stress relieving and overall calming aspects of this strain knock it out of the park for me.

The marijuana is also moist and high quality which means it smokes super well and isn’t too hard on the throat.
