I conducted my Kush Mint cartridge review with a batch packaged on April 28, 2023, with batch number 2301064.
I have consumed 1 gram of distillate over the span of a week and a half, trying the 510 cartridge at a number of different heat levels to experience the full extend of this strain. Through this, I was able to get a firm understanding of the terpenes, potency, taste, and smell of the strain.

Although the Back Forty Kush Mint 510 cartridge also includes several additional botanical terpenes, the original product started off quite strong.
Kush Mint Taste and Aroma
The Kush Mint Cartridge’s taste and smell profile have been heavily influenced by the Menthol and Cymene terpenes. This has created one of the most potent flavor profiles I have ever tasted out of any product.
On the inhale you feel the menthol chill before easing into a sweet mint that lingers on the exhale. The aroma was also a lovely sweet mint that one would never know is cannabis, making this a great choice if you want to be discreet.
The b40 Kush Mint cartridge is probably my 510 dab pen after conducting this review, at least in terms of flavour.
Kush Mint Effects and High
When you smoke the Back Forty Kush Mint Cart the effects you will feel include an overall body relaxation alongside euphoric mind elevation.
With a THC percentage sitting at 85%, I was initially excited to try this out as I was hoping for an extremely potent strain.
However, unfortunately, you have to smoke a large amount of the product to really feel the full effects. This may be due to my personal tolerance, but in terms of effects, I much prefer live resin over distillate.
However, once you do begin to feel the full effects you will be overcome with a balanced and relaxed high. You will feel your stresses and anxieties melt away as a pleasant body high overtakes your senses. You will initially feel a quick euphoric rise before feeling a relaxed body sensation overcomes you while your brain rests into a deep bliss.
As you come down, there is also a good chance you will feel quite sleepy.
Is Back Forty’s Kush Mint 510 Cartridge a Good Value Buy?
The Kush Mint cartridge stands at the baseline price point for most decent 510 thread cartridges. This puts it at an incredibly competitive price point, making it quite a newbie friendly from point of view.
Sitting at 85% THC and priced at $36.95, you really can’t go wrong with B40’s Kush Mint unless you are expecting an uber-potent product.
510 Vape Quality
Throughout my review, the Kush Mint cartridge held up quite well, only clogging near the very end of its lifespan, and even then very minorly.
As far as BHO distillate cartridges go, this is quite high quality, however, you will definitely find higher quality resin options if you’re willing to spend the money.
Is Back Forty’s Kush Mint Cartridge Strong?
Back Forty’s Kush Mint felt in the mid-range in terms of potency despite its THC percentage sitting at 85%.
I had to hit 2 or 3 blinkers to really get the full effects of this product, while I have been able to use far less with other options in the past. If you are new to smoking, this may still knock your socks off, but for me, it was lacking a bit.
Would I Purchase This Strain Again?
From my Back Forty Kush Mint 510 review I have come to the conclusion that I would purchase this product again.
This is completely based on the amazing mint menthol flavour that Back Forty has been able to create here. The taste alone seems to draw you in, making you want to smoke more and more with every passing moment, it’s just so tasty.
